Lora McParland-Savoie.

Born and raised in the local community, Lora McParland-Savoie developed a deep appreciation for the importance of family and the unique challenges individuals and families face throughout life's transitions. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Paralegal Studies in 2008 before pursuing her legal education at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she graduated cum laude in 2014.

Lora has focused her legal career on family law, probate administration, and estate planning matters. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, practical, and effective legal representation while guiding clients through some of life's most significant and often challenging legal matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Lora is passionate about community engagement, education, and mentoring future professionals. She has participated in numerous career day programs, sharing her experiences and insights into the legal profession with students of all ages. Lora has also served as a keynote speaker for a local high school graduation ceremony, inspiring graduates as they embarked on their next chapter. Through the Michigan Supreme Court's Court-to-School Program, she served as a mentor, helping students gain a greater understanding of the judicial system and the role of the courts in everyday life. She continues to work closely with local school districts to educate and encourage students interested in pursuing careers in the legal field, demonstrating her commitment to both civic education and community.
